These grimy surgeons combine crude cybernetic upgrades, questionable surgical skills, and squig-powered remedies to patch up Boyz and replace limbs with something more Orky — like a buzzsaw or a metal claw!

Hardened by countless brawls and armed with a brutal mix of mechanical tools and painboy tech, the Painboss embodies the true Ork spirit of “if it hurts, it’s working.” His tiny assistant, the Grot Orderly, scampers around dispensing painkillers and patch-ups to keep the fight going.

The kit includes two head options for the Painboss — one bare with a bionic eye, and another featuring a bucket-style scrap metal helmet — giving you plenty of customization for your army’s mad doctor.
