Q - Where is my package?
A- All orders are shipped with tracking and confirmation through USPS and UPS. Once the package has transferred hands from us to the shipper, you’ll be able to check tracking details as it gets updated along the way until it reaches your doorstep.
Q - Why is my package late?
A- Packages may run a little behind due to postal holidays, USPS or UPS shipping delays, or an issue with the shipping address provided at checkout.
Q - Can you help me find my order?
A-We can help! There are various ways to contact us, you can call the store at 231.943.0248 Or contact us through our chat and one of us will respond as soon as we can, it may not be instant, so keep an eye out for an email response Please have your order number ready, which will allow us to find your order quicker.
Q - How long does it take to find my order?
A - Once shipped, we pray to the shipping gods, as it’s in their hands now and any lost or delayed orders. Once we are contacted with your tracking number, we will reach out to the shipper and it may take 1-3 business days for us to get a response, in which, we’ll reach to you to right away.
Q - What if I change my mind about an order?
A- We can easily cancel an order, if we are contacted ASAP, before we’ve handed it off to either USPS or UPS, because once that happens, we’ll have to wait for the package to be returned before we can offer a refund. In this case, please don’t open the package and write “RETURN TO SENDER” or “REFUSED” on the package and return to UPS or USPS.

How do I earn Commander’s Club Reward Points?
Earn reward points at TC Paintball/TC War Room. To receive rewards, you
must be a registered user on our website. By creating an account with
us, you will automatically be enrolled, in the program and also receive
$5(100 pts). When logged in, you will automatically earn points with
your purchases. Your points can be redeemed in our store or on the
website while logged into your account.
