Geek Trader Market Summer 2024 Seller Sign Up 7/12/24

After talking to vendors, and checking out various other markets, we think we'd like to make this a night thing. 

Geek Trader Market will be open 5pm-10pm

Vendor set up - 3-5

Sign up for one of our 10x10 spots, outside of TC Paintball for our first 2024 Geek Trader Market! These tables will be reserved on a first-come-first-serve basis,

We will be doing spots ala cart since some folks only need to purchase a spot and don't need tents etc.

We will have a limited amount of tables, so if you need any other displays or tables, please supply your own.

By signing up for a spot, you agree to the following Seller's rules.

• Geek Trader is a swap meet for every variant of geek. There will be a focus on collectibles, toys, non-sports cards, board games, tabletop games, video games, comics, and those random old cool collectibles. We are now including Paintball and Airsoft. TC War Room reserves the right to ask a seller to remove any items found inappropriate.

•  All ages are welcome, please keep it family-friendly.
• We are looking for regular people with personal collections, and handmade crafts.

• This will be an outdoor swap meet (Outside of our store), so any shade covering or tables will be the responsibility of the seller if they wish. We are attempting to provide what we can, but can not guarantee, so please bring your canopy if you own one. 

• All deals of buying/trading and selling are done between sellers and individual buyers and TC War Room is exempt from taking part in other's transactions, be cool to each other.

• Registration is non-refundable and we will reschedule and announce the replacement date.
